Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Charles Country, Maryland, Coach Mase holds a Bachelor’s Degree in organizational psychology and a Master’s Degree in education. For twenty years, he worked in sales and marketing, falling into a wide variety of leadership positions. Then, in 2012, Mason launched his own company, a company through which he could take full advantage of his own talents and help people the way he had always dreamed of helping people. That company is Agape Coaching, Consulting, & Mentoring, LLC.

The road to success is paved with hard work and determination
Soon after launching Agape CCM, LLC. Coach Mase experienced a major setback became bedridden, fighting a disease, often alone for as many as twenty to twenty-four hours each day. He spent much of this time reflecting on himself, and on his fears of never being able to coach again. He also began researching natural alternative medical solutions, research that he now credits with saving his life, and the catalyst for Coach Mase to launch his all natural pain reliever “Epic Oil”. In this same vein, Coach Mase developed a twelve-step approach to overcoming any obstacle and enduring any pain.
Coach Mase is currently a Special Education Teacher in Charles County, Md. He is the Head Coach for the College of Southern Maryland Women’s Softball Team, Hitting Coach for Bishop McNamara High School Baseball Team, and Associate Regional Scout for USA Baseball. Coach Mase’ hitting facility No Ground Balls Hitting Academy is located in Waldorf, Md.
Coach Mase’s first book, “Get Back Up!”, is set to be released in 2023.
